Cold Steel "Black Talon" ; opines

I'm set on getting this one around the 5th from Cold Steel's website ; I know, I know, looks alot like the Matriarch / Civilian by Spyderco. But I likee the Black TiNi finish and it's
priced competitively ( about $72.00 on the website ). It also offers
better tip strength and looks to be one tough customer. Imagine
pulling it out in from of the "sheep" ? I was just wondering if any of you had any experience with this "newbie" to Cold Steel's line? let's face it one does tire of the same offering from the same manufacturer. So try something different.

What say the augerers?

Cold Steels products are mostly ok. But, this one is a complete rip off of Spyderco.

Why not just get a Matriarch?

Onestopknifeshop has them listed for $69.99.

Or if you're really concerned aobut tip strength, get the Spyderhawk, which Onestopknifeshop has for $56.99.

agree w/bara, get a matriarch or a civilian if ya want a blade like this.

i saw a thread somewhere/or another, and spyderco isnt happy about this copy i don think.......
