Curious about a price for one of these. I know they're discontinued, and I saw one at a local shop for $300 even. Wondering if I should grab it or not at that price, what do you guys think?

Are you in Southern California, by any chance? If you are, you might do well in checking out the Cold Steel parking lot sale. They often have a lot of their discontinued knives up for sale and massive markdowns.

If you're not in So Cal, see if you can find someone here on the forums who will go on your behalf.

Thanks for the input, I'm not dead set on it, just curious to see if it was a decent price, I didn't have a great idea about it.

And no, unfortunately, I'm not in Cali, quite a long ways away in PA
And btw I already have a civilian , but i love the blade shape, etc. so just wanted to look into it and see if was getting a deal or not.
