Cold Steel "Brave Heart" - anybody handle one?

Haven't handled one, but I can give you my ignorant opinion.:D
I am guessing that the knife has to be hold with the butt of the handle on the heel of the palm to prevent your hand from slipping. I still wouldn't trust a knife like that without any sort of finger guards or choil. If your palms ever got sweaty, I think that knife may cut you.
Just my 2 cents. Hope it counts for something.

That's a style of knife, like the Moras and puukkos, that's been used for centuries by people who managed to retain their fingers despite the lack of a guard.

I've got one of the last of the large Cullodens. When I see what the street price on the Brave Heart might be, I'll probably pick one up. Although I can't see using it for its traditional purpose, no matter how effective it is at it -- stabbing.

Esav, don't try to fool anyone, I know you are stuffing a sleeve with meat as you type.:D

I dislike kraton, but If I wore a kilt or boots, I would get a similar type of blade;)
