Cold Steel Details / Value w/ custom sheath

Being offered this cold steel (believe it to be an older trail master) carbon v
With a really nice sheath

Anyone offer some value advice to me? Not mint by any means and doesn’t look to be sharpened

No idea on value , but I'd be a little concerned that the knife may have been stamped as a factory 2nd on the butt . I can't tell from the pics .

It does appear as if it was marked as factory 2nd, then altered, though I have had a few CS 2nds that were har to distinguish from 1sts in performance.
