Cold Steel Employee injured?

In the latest CS DVD "Solid Proof" has anyone noticed that The bigger guy seems to have injured his eye? I wonder if he wasn't wearing safety glassess during knife testing.

He probably got too close to that guy on the shopping network when he was showing everyone how tough one of their knives was.

He was at the CS parking lot sale this past weekend. Seemed like a nice guy.

Didn't ask him about the origin of his injury.
