Noticed that myself. I was told a long time ago that they were going to make some changes to the forums for the better. Maybe they are restructuring it finally now. We will see.

I get a silver/grey screen with Privacy Policy written on it but no access to forum. Looks like we will have to meet here until they bring it back on-line.
