Cold Steel GI Tanto

Well, today was the first warm day so far this year, so I thought I'd throw some knives in the back yard. I love the CS Battle Stars, and started out with them. Then I remembered my new GI Tanto that looked like it would throw well. I was amazed by how easily it hit the target and how it penetrated up to the hilt. So impressed that I just ordered another! I'm not a big Tanto fan, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The handle is a little slippery so I wrapped it in bat tape, evcept for the section where the velcro strap goes. A totally awesome knife for throwing or camping!

I think I'm going to check one out as I've been watching videos online and that knife is pretty tough, and it seems to throw quite well. Thanks for the info.

I've just recently got interested in knife throwing (2 years now). I have an assortment of "throwing knives", but the CS GI Tanto puts the others to shame. The CS Battle Stars are also excellent, just different.
