I just used my brand new K-7 Kitchen knife (serrated edge) for the first time, and I must say that I am extremely impressed!
The blade is very thin, and probably will break if you try to use it on frozen foods or bone, etc. but it makes for a great slicer
Does anyone else have experience with this series of knives?
