Cold Steel K-7 Kitchen Knives

I just used my brand new K-7 Kitchen knife (serrated edge) for the first time, and I must say that I am extremely impressed!

The blade is very thin, and probably will break if you try to use it on frozen foods or bone, etc. but it makes for a great slicer

Does anyone else have experience with this series of knives?
 
I have never had much success with serrated kitchen knives. Maybe its just me. The CS and kershaw non serrated knives have worked well for me.

I have a K5 serrated and a K7 plain edge, and I think they are terrific knives.
SHARP is the word!
