Hey Guys,
I know there are a lot of opinions when it comes to Cold Steel products but having that in mind I just got my Cold Steel kitchen knife set and they are bad ass. If you shop around you can find them for around $135.00 online and they are worth it.
The first thing I did with them was to de bone a chicken and cut up some thick steaks for a cook out. The knives just breezed right through everything with no problem. The handles are comfortable and have a secure grip. I dont know how they will hold up after months of dishwasher cleaning but I will let you know.
