Cold Steel Knive 38CK SRK Carbon V

Hi , Does anyone know if Cold Steel made this knife with the painted lettering , I called Cold Steel and they said they didn't make this knife in this configuration. The one I have the SRK is outlined in White on the S and K letters , and in Red on the R letter , on the other side the "Cold Steel Carbon V tm Made in USA" is painted in all White lettering. Just trying to figure out if it's real or a knock-off.

Did you buy it off of ebay? I thought I saw one with the letters painted like that the other day. If so, I'm fairly certain that its real but I would suspect that the previous owner did a paint fill on the lettering. I have buddies that do that all of the time on their guns. Post pics if you get a chance and we can tell you for sure.
