Cold Steel Leatherneck vs The USMC Kabar

Just wondering if anyone has experience with both and which one is "better" in a combat/medium use situation?

Im a pretty big fan of cold steel. But ever since they switched the steel of the Leatherneck to Krupp 4116 from sk5. Id rather get the Kabar for a few extra bucks.

Handled both Today, the ka bar is the superior knife in every way, the leather neck is light and kind of cheap feeling compared to the ka bar. The leatherneck is a better slicer though with its FFG blade.

If you've found a full flat grind Leatherneck I think that's the SK-5 model. The 4116 model is more of a sabre grind.

I like the FFG Leatherneck in SK-5 carbon steel. Looking at the end of the butt cap, you can see that the tang is also bigger on the Leatherneck.

I have the old sk5 LN and the Kabar . I like both but prefer the LN
