Hello,

I still carry my Scimitar plain edge (made in Japan) on a very regular basis.

Who else still carries this discontinued model regularly ?.

I picked one of the serrated versions in 2000 or so.

I carried it on and off over the years since then.

A great handle that locks into the hand real well.

Plenty of cutting power from the blade shape too.

I like the Talwar that they came out with in 2013 a lot better though.

I've got a plain edge satin Scimitar buried somewhere in my knife box. I've owned about three of them total. I love it to bits. I also owned two of the custom series Talwars.

I definitely want to get my hands on the new Demko-designed Talwar now.
