Cold Steel new for 2026

"It's called the See-Axe, or the Sax by some..."
By some... Zerscheider is missing an "n" btw.

I might be game for a 5Max Scout depending on how much it weighs. Its one of those that knifes that would be better with a grippier scale. The polished G10 is pretty slick for such a heavy knife.

The Finn Hawk II is interesting, I like the 3v and micarta. Mackinac (yes, tri-ad lock) with S35VN and micarta. Depending on actual street price (later in the year).

I sorta glossed over the Mackinac, and I like it a lot. I also watched him call it a Maniac hunter. Props for going out of left field. I thought for sure maybe he would call it Mack uh Nack, but Maniac?...damn dude. Prep 5 minutes before you tape. Also, we aren't on film here, feel free to edit or do a second take :D

Sorry... I'm being judgey :P

not seeing anything i really want. I like and own the old Mackinac hunters. these seem smaller bladed and sound the opposite of budget priced.

the seax chopper....d2 steel, big boo there.

dont care about the new 5 max....already have one.

By the quotation marks, I assume you're quoting someone else.... maybe someone in the video (didn't watch it). Yeah, it's a word with Old English roots, and should be pronounced roughly "sax". So I roll my eyes with you. :)

The guy doing the Blade HQ hosting managed to butcher it right out of the gate ;)

Nobody's shown us a real one yet, but the new model I'm intrigued by is the Khanjar.

I think it's going to be a great knife, but I'm less than impressed by the $350 MSRP. GSM seems to have forgotten that Cold Steel's bread and butter over the years was its ability to offer quality affordable products. The list prices on these new knives are downright discouraging.

If the Khanjar was released by Spyderco it would $500 msrp and Benchmade would tack another $150 on top for that! Street price should be much lower on the CS.

LOL i posted that and got knocked for deal spotting.
You posted that it was available on YT from a non-supporting dealer and encouraged folks to go look for it. The video above is from Blade HQ which is one of our site supporters.

So now you're being knocked for inaccurate reporting. On the bright side, you didn't get an actual "warning".
