  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Cold Steel Nightshade knives clip

I think that they are really just good for that first blow and throw it away kind of thing. Really just a self defense item. I doubt they will slice very well at all. I wouldn't mind having one of them in my truck for emergencies, but don't know how usefull it would be. Regardless of what the description on the website says. The Jungle Dart and the Tai Pan look like the ones I would get. Hide a few around the house and in my truck. In reality, if you are trained they could cause real damage to an opponent. I am sure they are good for stabbing.

I have a couple delta darts and the FGX boot blade II. Delta darts are okay would make a good stabbing weapon, nice triangular blade and fairly sturdy point. The boot blade is junk though. I didn't pay attention to the details when ordering it. I thought it was metal. but it's zytel. It has a ridge on both sides of the blade which might make it sturdier for stabbing, but it's impossible to use as a letter opening. (the only thing it's good for) Maybe if you could put an edge on plastic the might have some other purpose.
