Cold Steel nightshade sheaths?

Okay so I bought 2 nightshades, the small push dagger 2 and the karambit. I plan to use them as last resort for my scuba diving rig since they'll never rust. I need a kydex sheath that I could attach to my D-rings on my harness.

Good/bad stupid idea? Any suggestions ? I've read here that they're mostly useless as edged weapons.

My primary dive knife will probably be a Spyderco Salt SC-106SBK
