I thought they are only offered full serrated. Now check this

Is Grand Vaquero offered plain too? or just smaller knives in lineeup?
That small serration are real asspain to sharpen…

Lansky makes a bone type sharpener just for CS serrations.

If the El Lobo is the small bladed version it is indeed PE or SE. I have one that is the PE. Cool little knife but well beats me gave it to my son. The thing was a very very strong opener though. keepem sharp

I love my PE El Lobo- I know at one time they offered it in a choice but I am unsure if PE is still available (plus they changed the mnames if I am not mistaken)

The El Hombre is another plain edged variant with a 4" blade. Great steak knife.

I have a Vaquero Grande that I use hard and don't sharpen. I steel the unsharpened side, and it staightens up the serrations. It's been doing fine for years now, and I recently got a backup that it works on, too.

Visited local brick/mortar shop this morning. That Lansky bone should work… although it sharpens 3 of 5 small serrations at a time, so ones in the middle will wear more.
