Cold Steel OSS/ODA/UWK

I've had mix experiences with cold steel. They make both some really good knives and some complete ****. So I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these knives, so I can get some perspective and feedback before dropping $50-60 on them. I'm interested in the OSS in particular.
 
The Carbon Vs ones are pretty nice. The rubber handle some people may not like. Cold Steel generally has nice fixed blades
 
i got a peacekeeper II and although its 420 stainless, it's still a decent knife.

i've heard the oyabuns are ****, so i'm not so sure on the OSS.
