[Quiet Storm]

I handled one a while back and I've been kinda impressed with this fighter ever since.
But how does that Kraton hold up to utility use?
Does the blade stay sharp longer than one would expect from a steel like 420 Sub Zero Quenched - meaning: is the heat treat any good? Does the steel chip easily?
Is the sheath comfortable to carry?

Do a search for it in the General forum...If I remember correctly, the consinsis was that the steel sucks and you can get something better for the same price.

Becker Combat Utility knives seem to have a good following and I havent heard anything bad about them.

If you go with Cold Steel try to go with their Carbon V stuff. And their older stuff is better than their newer stuff from what I hear on the forums.

I have one of their ATC Kukris and a SRK, both Carbon V, that I am rebuilding to my liking. Like the steel, not the handles. The Kraton is really good, just not so much if you are using it day in and day out.
