Cold Steel Recon 1 Spear point 2012

Interesting. Looks functionally similar if not identical to the clip point, but I always favor more options.
 
Nice, I have the other variants of the spearpoint, but they were always so rare to find. I like that this version seems to finally have the option of plain edge vs half serrated.
 
I was hoping they would bring back the diamond shaped tanto, but that spear point looks tempting....definitely gonna buy.
 
The SP looks good. If it crosses my path, I might pick one up. If it's a hard find, I'll just get the clip.
 
I think that spear point looks way better than the clip point and tanto. I'm not impressed with cold steel's tantos lately.

I just bought a user clip point and will definitely keep an eye out for the sp. I'm really warming up to the clip point. :)
 
yeah I think the mini Recon 1 is a good idea for places that restrict blade lengths....in my city there is no limit for blade length,but just in case I have to travel to a city with a length limit the mini recon 1 is good for that.
