This is a never used Recon Tanto. This one is about ten years old, made of Carbon V steel, and made in the U.S.A. It still has it's razor sharp factory edge. It comes with the original cordura nylon sheath. I've attached two pictures. The only thing is that the very edges are showing some spots where rust has started. That comes with high carbon steel and will come out the first time the blade is sharpened. About the cheapest I can find this online is about $65.00. This knife is in basically like-new condition (except for spots on the edge) and I'll let it go for $30.00 + 5.00 shipping. That's half price of a brand new one.
