Cold Steel Safe Maker, Push knives, and ??

I am not familiar with this type of knife, which I thought was called a "push knife", but guess it is called something else. An example of what I am talking about is the Cold Steel Safe Maker. Anyone have one of these? Are there some other similar design, good alternatives?
Is there a production knife of similar design which has a sheath that would be somewhat comfortable to wear inside the waist band in addition to wearing on the outside of the belt?
 
I have several CS push daggers. they are good to work with if you are a practitioner of the grappling arts as you can use your hands to grab without unhanding your weapon. They are interesting to play with, but I wouldn't recommemd them for everybody. Also you will never convince an LEO that it is anything but a malicious weapon.
 
I've got a mini pal that i keep on my key chain. Its way to small to carry on your belt tho. You might want to look at the KA-BAR TDI line of knives. They look pretty sweet.

I was recently reviewing my laws in my state. Although I have a CCW it is for a firearm, and for some reason unknown to me, a knife is not listed as covered in the law in any way that I can tell except for length and opening mechanism. Could be I missed something though. You do have a point though. I guess a push dagger may be tough to see it as a tool, which happens to be defense capable as opposed to defense being the only real use for it.
 
I have a few of them and they are great defensive weapons for a person in a a fist fight with no knife fighting skills. If you can through a punch you can use this knife effectively. Unfortunately LEO's don't like them.
