Cold Steel Secret Edge neck knife????

I like the blade shape of this knife but never handled it in person.The handle looks small.I do not have any neck knives, but would love to have Sgian Dubh style of blade that can be used for general utility and maybe self defense.Any other alternatives?Cold steel used to make Culloden and mini Culloden that was excellent, and Braveheart model is not the same.All input welcome!
