cold steel SR1 LITE question

I ordered and received an SR1. the steel is listed as 8cr14mov. However, on the CS website and on most pictures I find, it's listed as 8cr13mov. Have they updated the steel or have I gotten a fake?

If you Google the model and your steel, there's a reddit post about it. Someone called them and they confirmed it was legit.
