Cold Steel Sure Strike Thrower

I have never been into throwing knives but I watched a couple youtube videos on the cold steel sure strike star and well it spiked my interest.

Is it a good thrower for a beginner?

Which one would "stick" the best of them light, medium, heavy?

I was thinking the heavy because of weight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Any of these will stick almost anytime you hit the target with a decent throw. Just keep them sharp and don't tumble the throw.

I have six of the heavies from CS. They stick every time. However they are VERY heavy. I would go with the mediums at 2/3 the weight. Still plenty heavy but a little nicer to handle.
