I have the Recon Tanto, and haven't used it yet. It does seem to be a very sturdy, well-made knife, well worth the $50 I paid for it. From the research I've done here, it won't let you down. They make great blades for the money. Get one if you like it and want it. Also check out Extrema Ratio. Just got the Harpoon F, and while not as cheap, its much cooler looking, and a better blade. Originally designed for the Italian Special Forces, and currently used by some Rangers here.
