cold steel ti-lite

Is there a big difference between the zytel and aluminum version of the ti-lite besides the weight? Does the aluminum unit feel smoother, more solid, and of better quality than the zytel or are they pretty much the same?
I see the zytel is lighter which is nice. I am thinking of getting one of the 4 inch variety.
