Cold Steel Torpedoes?

Hello folks! I was just wondering if any of you out there have tried the CS "torpedo" throwing spikes. I'd love to hear any reviews or experiences. Thanks!
 


The one inch Torpedo is real heavy, approx 2 lbs. It hits like a ton of bricks and will eat up a target. All in all not that much fun. The smaller one throws more like a knife and is real fun to play with. It is an awesome thrower as it has the length and weight needed for a good thrower.

The CS torpedo along with any double pointed throwing thing, is an accident waiting to happen. One slip on the way to the target, or walking, and it's, "implement city." I am surprised CS is still making the thing.
 
They do look rather cumbersome and unsafe...

It would seem that knife throwing would be much more enjoyable?

Good for hunting small/large game.
I see three of the same threads that could be Merged. Someone give me a Mod. status, lolz.
 
i saw a video of it hitting a concrete block sideways and it crushed it. Never saw one actually stick in to anything but if it can destory a concrete block like that, it will pretty much kill any animal you happen to hit with it I'd think.
