Cold steel trail boss

Any thoughts on the Cold Steel Trail Boss? If the steel is decent it seams like it would be worth a shot. (under $25 shipped) Anyone have first hand experience?

Reportedly 1055, which is equivalent to what Gransfors uses. I saw that the other day and thought it was a bargain despite not being my style. I've seen it listed for under $20. Amazing for a handy little bushcraft axe. Just don't try to buck with that sticky thin bit.

I was thinking of flattening the upward swoop along the top. It would make it close to a Montreal pattern. Could be a fun little project with minimal investment.
