i bought another knife recently, and while i will really really really miss these (heck, i just got them both within the last month!, haven't gotten a chance to really play with them), they must go:
XL: this one i bought new about a month back. it's plain edge with a clip point. i carried it for 2 days and never used it for more than cutting up the box it came in (couldn't help it), and some construction flagging at work. it's been lightly stropped and comes razor sharp. the clip has some light wear from being taken in and out of my pocket. lock up is solid and the knife looks almost new. go out in a big empty field when you play with this one, lest you cut your whole house in half. includes the box, which has some wear. SOLD!
not big enough for you?...
X2: this one is serrated edge (i've never experienced a knife with more BITE -- EVER), clip point blade. i bought it 3 days ago. the previous owner listed it as new, but i found a couple very minor dings in the short .75" plain edge portion of the blade. it's very minor, and you wouldn't care on a knife like this, since you'll be too busy hacking and sawing buildings and livestock apart to notice, but i wanna be clear. other than that, there's some very slight wear on the end of the clip from normal pocketing. locks up solid, looks almost new. no box, the poor thing. SOLD!
animals will flee in terror, men will cower, women will swoon and you will stand tall at the edge of a rocky precipice, arm extended and your trusty XL/X2 pointed to the sky. thunder will crack in the background, and someone will paint a portrait of you. or whatever.
what??? you're a sick freak who just must absolutely own BOTH of these monsters? okay... you're unstable, but i understand your bravado and as such am required to offer you a lower price: SOLD takes them both home, shipped!
Paypal +3%, or a US money order ONLY, thanks. i should add that i'm not really looking for trades on these, as i really need to put back in my account what i've already spent. of course, should a really great folder come my way, i might be able to override this factor.
