Cold Steel's VG-1

Sounds like VG-1 is a proprietary name for Cold Steel's latest stainless steel now used in several models. Anyone have an idea of its' alloy content?
I've googled a search but found little. My next step...calling CS and asking.

VG-1 is the name of an actual steel, just like VG-10. There have been frequent threads on the subject. These are so common as of late there could almost be a VG-1 forum.

I suppose the last line of the linked page could be a misprint ("VG10"), yes?
