Cold!!!

One good thing about this cold weather, is when I cut myself I don`t even know I did it untill the water in my cooling bucket starts turning red!
 
Winter started late here, but its here now -31 C, -34F this morning. Wood furnace running steady, I havn't used the oil furnace in a week.
 
I just wish it would make up it's mind what season it is here -- and snow!
it was 56 the past 2 days, might make it up to 36 today and 26 tomorrow.
 
Mid 50's yesterday~we barbecued in shorts 55 today and then into the low 20 and teens the rest of the week. I guess the snow will come in May.
 
I hope it wasn't too bad a cut John.

I hate it when I don't know I have a cut till I see blood on whatever I'm working on.
 
it's been unseasonable pleasant here this week, but the winds enough to numb your hands after a few minutes, still feels more like mid fall though, weird
 
We have had full blown winter since mid October. Lots of snow but luckily the temperature hasn't made it down to -40 yet.
 
As long as you're still cutting yourself, we know you are making sharp things. :D

It's been 25-30F here all week. A weird air pressure system trapped the cold and a bunch of fog on the ground so it's been freezing and icy, while the mountain passes and ski slopes have been in the mid to upper 50s all week :eek:
 
It's going to get colder next week I hear - below zero, 14 below is what I heard for the low on Tuesday down here.

I guess it makes you enjoy summer more. Take care of those hands!

73 degrees today here on the central coast of California. Another brutal winter here can not wait until spring!

It looks like we'll be getting rain Wednesday.I've never seen this many foggy days in a row,strange.
 
I like the cold personally. I'll take it any day over the freaking 100 plus degree days in the summer. it's like -9 with wind chill here today. my stove has been a blazing lol. it's going through wood like crazy.
 
Single digits again today. When I left work last night, the wind was so strong I had to lean into it. That 1.5 mile walk to the train has never been quite so brisk! It's actually a bit colder today but, luckily, the wind has died down.
