Looks like a really neat little folder. Would like to know if any members own it and what there opinions are. Also if anyone has had a chance to do any heavy duty cutting with it, since it has a Triad-Lock. Thinking about getting one. Thanks in advance.

I like mine. It is not an ideal blade shape for utility tasks but it works. It is very light but still feels strong and has rock solid lock-up. It is a little hard to flip open at first but once you get the hold on it it's not too bad. Handle is very comfortable for a small knife in my medium sized hands. I did a lot of cardboard cutting and stabbing tests and it did fine, great penetration because of the super sharp (but still decently strong) tip. It kept an edge decently well for AUS8, and for such a cheap blade. I don't know why but I had a difficult time putting a good edge on it, which is strange because it is a straight blade. Part of it is the fact that the thumb stud gets in the way of the stone so you have to kind of lean it off the edge at an angle. I'm defiantly not an expert sharpener though, so that could just be me failing at sharpening. One of my biggest problems is the overly strong Cold Steel pocket clip. The worst part about this one is that even though its super stiff it still gets a little wiggle back and forth after not that much use. Overall if the design looks good to you I would say it's worth the money.

I appreciate the heads up about the thumb studs in regards to sharpening. I'll be getting one for sure.

It feels much smaller than the pictures make it look. One reason is because the blade is not very wide.

That being said, it is one of the funnest and most unique folders I have ever owned
