First let me say I have grown to love the design of the recon 1 (specifically the micro and mini),
I have both blade shapes of the micro (tanto and spear point) and I love them both. These little guys are very addicting to carry and cut with. Its a lot of knife in a tiny package.
I want more of them but multiples of the same blade shape seems kind of pointless to me. I was thinking of modifying a tanto into a wharncliffe but even then the options are limited.
I trying to see if coldsteel will ever put out more blade shape variations of the recon 1 series.
My first thoughts that come to mind are:
1) Clip point (micro only as they already have it for the other bigger variants)
2) Dagger ground
3) Wharncliffe
4) Drop point
5) Recurve (like the vaquero)
maybe even offering fully serrated edges would be nice
