ColdSteel Sharpmaker Clone?

Just got my 2013 catalog and on page 38 it showed an item that looked like an exact replica of spydercos sharpmaker for 80bucks(more expensive than the spyderco) Are these new or have they been around a while? EDIT So does spyderco license the sharpmaker to coldsteel?

It is a sharpmaker. They're just selling it through the catalog as a recommended sharpener.
