I just bought a Cold Steel Ti Lite, with the 5.5in blade. And man oh man is this thing huge! It boarders on like joke big. Anyway i was Thinking about buying a Camillus CUDA MAXX at one point. But now that i see just how huge the Ti Lite is i just dont know. Does anyone have pics of both of the knives side by side? I'd like to see how they compare size wise. And i know that the MAXX is the same size more or less. (Do they make a larger one? 7in balde?) But i'm a visual kind of person and i'd like to see them side by side and see how they compare.
Thanks

I have three of those large Ti lites.....mean looking knives.......don't have a Cuda but I have seen them and they are thicker but close to the same size....

I just stopped carrying my Tilite (6" Zytle) after about 6 months?... its not suited for detail work, not by a long shot... but has a sick reach, and deploys so fast. I removed the stud, and keep her clipped to my front pocket, using the pocket to open her on the blade catch... WOW- like a little sword for sure, and razor sharp.

Surely she will find her way back into my jeans, I just need a more work oriented knife lately, and less defense oriented.. For the money, its an awesome piece for sure.. sorry, no imput on the Cuda-

I'm going to have to get used to the size of my new ti lite. But for sure it seems like a good value for the money. I just cant get over how frigging huge it is tho. I mean i cant even carry it in my back pocket because it sticks out just far enough so that the clip wont touch my pocket. If i want to carry it i'll have to switch my carry method. and i just dont know about that..

imho thats wayyyyyy to much for a cuda maxx, add $100 or $150 to that and get a genuine ralph.

the cuda maxx's were a good clone of the maxx customs, i have had 3 or 4 cuda maxx's and have 2 raplhs (a 4" mini maxx and a 5.5" stilletto) and the cuda maxx stilletto and the ralph max were pretty close dimensionaly, of course the ralph had better F&F, but sometimes the original custom gets lost in translation, wasnt the case with these 2 imho.

the cuda maxx was a great knife for $150 or $200, for $300+ not so great.

Were there Camillus CUDA MAXX knives with a 7" blade?

If you think Ti lite is too big, don't get a Maxx.

The Ti Lite blade is a slim one, like a stiletto, Maxx's one is wide and beefy.

But Maxx is slim, it does not feel that big in your pockets.

Regarding the CUDA MAXX/Ti Lite comparison, the CUDA MAXX is wider, but probably not as thick. Although long, the CUDA MAXX is remarkably easy to carry, it rides flat in the pocket, and is not very heavy for it's size.

Yeah, i'm thinking that maybe one ridiculously large folder is enough for me. I'll start looking around at those teeny 4" folders again. Thanks for the insite guys
