Colibri "Submersible" Lighter Questions

I am thinking about the Colibri "Submersible" in rubberized black and wondered if anyone has seen one?

Does the lid stay securely shut and is there a cap over the fill port to prevent leakage?

I have a Colibri CX. The fill nozzle isn't exposed. You have to pull the lighter assembly out of the outer body in order to fill it. When closed, it seals so well that I have to manually pull the lid off each time even though it's spring-loaded. Simply unlatching the secondary lock and pressing the primary won't cause the lid to open.
