I wouldn't mind if Spyderco would collaborate with Brian Tighe to come up with a production MBC-rated lock-back version of his Tighe Stick tactical folder, perhaps up-sized a bit, with a 3.75 inch blade.
That would be a nice compliment to their Chinook and Persian lines, with a different grip style and a more angular blade style.
I think making it an MBC rated lock-back would be a great improvement over the current custom version of this knife. An upswept point like that is wasted on a tactical liner-lock, other than for it's cool looks. The though of doing a back-cut with a liner-lock makes me shudder.
Anyone else think this is a good idea?
