Collectable BK knives

I keep hearing of rare or discontinued BK knives. I have started accumulating Beckers and
I was wondering if there was possibly a list of collectable or limited edition Becker knives?

I would assume that any made by Cincinatti, Blackjack, or Camillus are collectible due to being discontinued long ago. Of the Ka-Bar made ones, there are a few discontinued ones such as the 4, 5, 15, and 17 that will be collectible soon.

There are a few specialty models that are harder to find than most, like the BK77 and the BK11 SanMai, also a few that are strange interim models like the laser-logo-sabre-grind 16, or the mythical laser-logo 5.
 
The data base sticky has most of this info. Some of the links are jacked since the changeover but if you scroll through its mostly intact.
 
I don't find the link. so I have been using google. tons of info once somebody puts me on track. sorry if
my question has been asked many times. I really am trying to figure out search tricks.

ok now I feel like a complete jerk. for some reason I glanced at that database and
assumed it was for the operations of the forum. well never assume. I am learning.
I am getting up in my 60's so I am getting a little dim. lol

No worries blade. I couldn't figure out how to post a picture for a week:eek:
 
Don't forget the titty pink (desert Tan) Camillus 7, 9 & 10. I think they were BK-71, BK-91 & BK-101. But I may be wrong about that.
 
I know 71 is correct. I had one. Used the snot out if it. Stripped it, polished it, recoated the handles then gave it to my son.

91 and 101 sounds correct too.
 
Also, don't forget about the prototype BK-11 or is it the BK-13?, Ethan has a few he gives out to the mods. I think Warrior has one, maybe he can action up a picture.

Its the one at the bottom. It was originally going to be the becker necker (bk11), but Ethan liked what is now the actual bk11 deign better. So the design got shrunk don and it became the bk13. it was first made in china and was not sold individually. It came free with the bk7 or bk9, thats why most of the becker sheath has the extra sheath in the pouch fitted for the bk13. Production was moved to USA and they started to sell them individually. So if you can find a bk13 thats made in china thats kind of rare.
