I assume by "worth anything" you mean worth more than a brand new one. If so, the answer for your Police would be no, it is not, and almost certainly never will be. On the other hand, unless it's really beat to death, it's worth "something". How much would depend on what you're idea of "good condition" is. Some folks use that to describe a knife that looks like new, some for a knife that shows minor wear, and some for one with barely any life left in it.

The 1st run Waved Enduras seem to be selling for considerably less since the introduction of the Waved Endura 4. This may change in time, since they do represent both the first waved Spyderco and a "limited edition" while the new ones are regular production. However, that's hard to predict.
