Dave,

I can put together an inventory excel for ya. Email me what all you want in it.

I'll go ahead and throw some ideas together and we can massage it as we go.
will make it with formulas to where all you have to do is plug in the numbers.

give me some ideas here guys.

Initial thoughts..

I'm a spreadsheet junky, I write different sheets for organizing my collection.

If you already have a few written, could you blank your data and stick in some test data and put one in the FILE area of the yahoo group?

any of us could then download it...

well i may try the raven labs ...
down loaded the demo and while it is not realy what i want
it seems to be closeest thing so far...
i still want to be able to branch out from one item
and have a print lable space

Dave, check out this item on fleabay. May provide a way to catalogue your collection.

item # 350069686565

well it sounds good...
i down loaded one that seemed good also... i asked the seller questions and they even sent me a free actavation code.. it had a great surch but lacked in two other features.
i have another on a trial down load that is easer to use but has very limited cross surch .. both had unlimited pictures.. this one only 4 but most likely dont need more then 4 ... most likely i will try it..
