Collection Update

Well it seems like since Blade Show and the pause of O2W it has been a little quiet around here.....so I thought I would post a photo or two of my Busse collection and my knives in general. I can't believe I have finally gotten 10 Busse's:eek:...I know the photo only shows 9 but I accidentally left my other ASH-1 out of the photo because it is always on the nightstand away from the other blades. Without further adieu...here they are! I know the collection is tiny compared to many of you forumites but I do the best I can:rolleyes: I look forward to getting many more before the end of O2W and a few custom non-Busse's as well! Enjoy.:thumbup:
 
Great looking collection, Looks like you have enough to survive the Zombie Apocalypse, I also see you kinda like the orange and Black G10? Congratulations on a great set of Knives

Once all my Busse come home to roost, I am pulling the trigger on a Hooligan. Man, that thing has been calling my name. Plus, I think the Apocalypse is coming soon!

Glad to see there are some other pumpkin lovers out there as well:thumbup: Yea the Tanto TGLB is pretty cool, I just wish the re-sharpen I got later was a bit more even on the upper part of the blade. It didn't come very sharp at all from Busse and the guy who sharpened it for me just rounded it a bit too much. Oh well, maybe one day I will strip it:D

You never know the way things have been lately.....The new karambit that ZT came out with looks pretty cool too!

If Jerry doesn't do a BG War Boar I'm going for that ZT Karambit! The sheath looks good as well....
How are ZT products?

They aren't too bad.....big chunks of very sharp steel! The wrapped handles are super comfy in opinion. The one major gripe I have is the handles tend to rust along the edges. Not sure why but YMMV. Also, the sheath that I got with their Tainto is very....well it leaves a lot to be desired. It was filled with kydex bits that get all over the knife every time I pull it out. But if you want a sharp bombproof blade with an AWESOME patina then they are the maker for you! They don't come anywhere close to Busse in quality but I say go for it! However, I would MUCH rather Jerry just re-release the War Boar already so you don't even have to make your mind up:thumbup: haha

Yes sir, thank you very much! What flavor of engineer are you? I got started here on BladeForums back when I was still in school as a civil engineer but now that my profession is a structural engineer I REALLY wish I could go back and change my user name....lol:rolleyes:
