Collector Choices

I am new to the wonderful world of knives and so far have bought a few, Microtechs, a Protech, a couple Kershaws, and an old AL Mar SERE AFO auto.What knives would you recommend to collect as safe queens that would appreciate over time. I know, knives, like guns (my speciality), aren't really a sound investment, but, just the same... I would appreciate your input, pls. Thanks! Interested in folders and fixed blade. Nothing too expensive, would like to stay below 3-$400. I'm not rich & would be buying one now and again.

The chances of a mass-produced knife appreciating are slim to none.

The chances of getting in on the "ground floor" of the next Scagel or Loveless are also slim to none.

Buy what you really like. That's the best you can do.
