Been curious about this for a while. :)

If you specialize in a specific type of Busse please elaborate in your post.

Me? I seem to have a lot more Steel Hearts and Badgers than anything else. I use a few choice Busse's and have some that are safe queens.

I edc in rotation, AD, HD, MrS, LMrS, occasionally a CPDBA3 (clip point desert badger attack 3) Assault Shaker (in AS Shaker sheath :o ) Would love to EDC a BAe but sheep tend to stampeed at the sight of it.:rolleyes: I carry fixed blades almost exclusively these days, less wear and tear on the jeans.
 
I am a user, and expect the same of my knives. Right now I am still working on getting my first Busse, hopefully a Game Warden. I am also interested in the BA size of knives but not 100% sure that I could pull of edc with it so that is not my primary focus at this time.
I am also "done with folders" ( not entirely, just no longer majority of rotation) but my logic is that fixed blades are stronger and thus serve as better tools.
 
I may not vote on your poll, but I have used every Busse I have. My edc is an Off Duty, so even using customs for me! A knife is like a child's toy; it is not happy until played with :)
 
I am a User, and EDC 2 Busses. (AK-47 & SJTac at the moment)

Most of mine are safe queens. I have designated the following as users, and if Kim continues to improve I may even get to get out and use more of them some day.

My collecting is eclectic. I buy the ones I like. There are some that I feel are must-haves for a Busse collector, so I have those. On current issue, I normally try to get one CG and one LE of each. There are exceptions to this. For instance, I have a couple of fighters and don't particularly want any more, so I passed on the ST-56. Although I get a representative sample of the big knives, my passion wanes for knives larger than a SH. I also do not like serrations. I also tend to like the thinner knives in any given model. (The only exception to this so far is the SJTAC, where I like the LE thickness more than the regular.)

My biggest passion, however, is the NO-E in all it's configurations. I presently have about 14 of these. I also set out a few years ago to amass a perfect ZT set, perfect grinds, no Kydex marks, etc. I now have all of them except the ZTSJ, plus a few ZT users.
 
EDC handles are my favs. AD, OD, HD, GW

I use just over 15% of my Busse collection. AS, AD, B9, SK, MS, ZTNO, 3F & NIP (and the PK at Fogo :D )
 
I'm a 100% user. Got 2 SFNO's and they get alot of beatings.:cool:
 
Of the Busses I have (10) I use one GW.

I'll end up using the Molejack I have and the FBM when it gets here. I'd also like to find a knife with a blade that is about 3/4 of an inch longer than the GW and handle about 1/2 longer and I'd use that one too.

As I have said before 80% of the time I’d use a knife I’d be packing it (on foot) for days. So I like the smaller knives. The other 20% of the time I’d be working cleaning up around the summer house or camping from a car; and then why not an FBM and whatever else you can fit in there. :)
 
The right tool for the right job (and a chance to use a differant knife), I tend to lean towards the EDC size, the large ones ride in my kit or vehicle.

I have both users and Queens. My TAN/TAN obsession is unquenched.
My EDCs include AS, MrS, SK, and GW all in TAN of course. Soon to add War Boar too.

also the SJT is with me outdoor :D

Someday I will get around to use LE version of HOGFSH or FBM :o
 
My last three Busse's were Queens. But then I started to get the cravings for an AK, and they were sold away to help make that purchase possible. And now it's a full-blown user, a very expensive user... :yawn:
