Collectors....especially in UK

Kis, don't believe everything you read. The description on that kukri is way off the mark. Nice looking cho though.

There are thousnads of kukris in the UK since all the officer's for Gurkha Regiments were English and anyone who had anything to do with the Gurkhas were mainly English servicemen. It was easy to bring home a kukri as a souvenir.

Also the early collectors of Indo-Persian weapons were English due to their occupation and influence in India for hundreds of years. Kukris and koras fell under that realm and were brought back to England in impressive amounts from the earliest travellers.
