Collins 3 1/2 lb Hoosier style Commander I think maybe?!?

Hello, I've never posted before but I have this old and awesome axe that I really want to know more about!! I pulled it from our scrap pile and no one even knows who it belonged to! I can see that it says Collins stamp in a box with three and a half off to the side it's rusted and the handle actually says enuine co?? Hickory. I'm kind of guessing sing that it's not the original handle. I live in Indiana and I looked up the style of blade and it matches the Hoosier one!; anyway I just don't know where to go from here I really would like as much information as possible from somebody who knows what this is how old it is any information really thank you!
