collins & co. machete help

I have a Collins&co machete that I can't find info on.
It's blade is 22 inches long and stamped legitimus collins & co no date just says made in Guatemala.
Handle looks and feels like black plastic with 4 rivets. Over all length is 27 inches.
Sheath is leather with Collins & co legitimus 13
Both blade and sheath have hammer and crown symbol also.
Any info about year made and what its worth would be greatly appreatiated.

Not sure on the year but I THINK the 40's??? I do know that the Guatemalan ones are later production as compared to the USA made ones. :)
