Collins Jersey Single Bit (how to date)

Can you Collins (or Jersey pattern) experts give an approximate date? My guess is 60s through 80s but really not sure. Nice Axe BTW.

Your guess is probably pretty good, though I'd err on the later end of that range. Maybe 80s. I have a collins axe from the 90s that looks a little different and I'm guessing yours is older.

Yeah I'd say late 70's through 80's in all likelihood. Nice!
