I was looking for a splitting axe when I noticed a similarity between my Collins Homestead and my Stanley rafting patterns. On further inspection, I noticed they were almost exact duplicates down to the machining on the poll. What do y'all think? Are both Collins made or am I way off the mark?

I thought there was a Collins-Mann connection but I figured I'd wait till someone else said so. So I guess I have a Mann-Collins and a Mann-Stanley connection. Mann, this is confusing! Everyone made everyone else's axes and Everyone was Mann. Does that mean my 70's Plumb is Mann too?

Dont mess around with the Mann they call Slim...:D

Heading into the 19070's, seems that Mann was on the top of the food chain when others had folded or were restructuring for this period.
