I was wondering what anyone thought of this reproduction WWII era knife that used to be made by Camillus. I have two old Camillus knives and I like their simplicity. What do you think of the Government Issue Colonial knife?

always wanted to pick up one of the camillus marlinspikes, still on my list. Having never handled either the camillus or colonial spike i can say having handled their other respective pocket knives that the camillus would most likely be a nicer knife, i bought a newer colonial 3 bladed stockman and fit and finish leaves alot to be desired, shallow nail nicks uneven backsprings, etc. etc.
The colonial may well be a serviceable piece but unless things have changed
it's likely nothing to write home about.
But i love the pattern, really cool and not one you see often
welcome to blade forums
we have a camillus forum here, would love to see picts of your marlinspikes!
cheers
