Colonial Swiss Army Knives ... Opinions?

I have an old colonial swiss army knife that was given to me. It looks like it has some company name on it (probably something given to employees or something I'm guessing).

Does anyone have any opinion on these knives? Any idea how they stack up against, say, Victorinox? It seems pretty well built. Just curious.

A few years back I found an old Colonial stockmanish knife that appeared to be a rusted piece of junk. It seemed to be trash.
After an hour or so it cleaned up quite nicely.
It appears to be a solid knife.
I can't find anything wrong with it.
